Community Association Workshop
Join the Conversation!
CAI invites all members to take part in our free, one-hour workshops -interactive sessions designed to spark discussion, share ideas, and dive into topics that matter most to community associations.
These informal gatherings are a great way to learn, connect, and exchange insights with fellow members in a relaxed setting.
Have a topic you’re passionate about or an issue you’d love to see explored? We want to hear from you! Our workshops are held every other month, and we’re always looking for fresh ideas.

August Topic: Who Manages the Manager?
Community managers are experts at taking care of everyone else - boards, residents, vendors, emergencies, and endless to do lists. But in the midst of serving others, it's easy to neglect the person holding it all together.
Prioritizing your wellness isn't selfish - it's essential. Setting healthy boundaries, taking breaks, and making time to recharge helps prevent burnout and allows you to lead with greater focus, energy, and purpose.
You dedicate your days to managing communities. Make sure someone is managing you, too - starting with yourself.
Speakers: Casey Martin; Ashley Douglas; Stephen Christopher
