Rethinking Community - Breakout Session A
Ever wondered how to create a sense of community? This presentation will show attendees how collecting research has changed and evolved and the ways it can help you. We will also discuss ways in which we can help residents that live in our communities develop a sense of belonging to a community.
Community Engagement: Avoiding Conflict and Lawsuits - Breakout Session B
This class explores a variety of ways associations can improve community engagement with a goal of avoiding conflicts and preventing lawsuits. The class will also address the unique challenges faced by mountain communities.
Reserve study challenges for Mountain Communities - Breakout Session C
A broad look at reserve studies and the complexities and challenges for Mountain Communities. Important and timely, this topic is sure to allow for reflection, identification, and proactive steps forward for better maintained and safer communities.

The hotel will honor group rate to program attendees 3 days prior and/or 3 days after the program for rooms, based on space availability. It will be at the hotel's discretion to offer the rate on those days. It's worth it to check.
