  • No Exhibit - Attendance Only.

    First registration for Company is $525. You may bring up to two additional staff members for $225 each.

    This is for CAI-RMC Members only. Marketing material is not permitted with this registration rate.
  • MEMBERS ONLY.

    Please register additional staff by adding 'guests' to your invoice. Each staff member beyond the first (which is included in exhibit space) is $90.

    Exhibit spaces are assigned by lottery drawing. This will be done at a later date. Details of the event will be sent via email as we get closer to the date.

CAI-RMC 2020 Spring Conference and Trade Show

Elevate Community

There are two levels of exhibition offered at the event:

 - 6' table space, no pipe and drape, location in ballroom (Cost $1,300)

- 10x10 space, no pipe and drape, location in foyer, ability to set up 10x10 display (Cost: $2,150)

Business Partner Attendance without exhibit:

- You may participate as a business partner member, without exhibiting, by purchasing a business partner attendance ticket.  One ticket is $525.  You may add up to two guests from your Company for $225 each.

*Business partner members are allowed to participate in the program using one of the above mentioned rates.  Service providers who are not members of CAI-RMC are not permitted to attend the event.  If you're interested in membership, please visit www.caionline.org/joinnow.


Details:

- Each space includes ONE staff member.  This is the name that you're filling in for the primary contact.  For additional staff, add 'guest' and include name.  Each additional staff member is $90.

- Electricity is not included with exhibit space.  This will be added, if necessary, at a later time.

- Lunch is included with cost
